Since 1989 in the business and coaching I have collaborated with both Italian and foreign multinational brands. For the past 20 years, I have always held executive and management roles. Expert in business dynamics, management, and coordination of sales networks, recruitment, training and team building. Specializations in Motivation, PNL, Personal growth, Coaching, Interpersonal relationships, Ipnosys. Writer, Psychology texts, Couple dynamics, Italian Renaissance, Japanese and Zen culture, Yoga and Mindfulness in continuous training and study, because you never stop growing, learning, and evolving. Graduated in Political Science with an International focus, I trained in Coaching with a master's at INCOACHING® Learning Evolution school and my approach comes from Humanistic Evolutionary Coaching, based on Positive Psychology. My Coaching studies are in line with the UNI-11601 standard of 2015 - Recognized by AICP and approved by ICF. My holistic relational sensitivity stimulates the deepest levers, relating to the axiom that the external world reflects the internal world. To change and improve you have to start with yourself.
