Under Ross's leadership, Visual Media Co has successfully produced captivating content for a diverse clientele ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 Corporations. With a background as the Former Creative Media Manager for Columbia Power and Waters Systems, Ross has a proven track record of developing and managing various forms of media content. His primary career highlights include being the Executive Producer, Director, and Editor of NATOA’s 2nd Best News Magazine Show in 2015 and directing and editing projects for RFD-TV. Ross's artistic vision extends beyond the traditional professional realm. He founded BlackNiteLight, an internationally published Blacklight and Neon Artist initiative, in 2023. He also authored his first book, "THE QUICK AND DIRTY GUIDE TO PERSONAL AND SMALL BUSINESS BRANDING," in 2023. His commitment to community service is evident through his active involvement with non-profit organizations, where he has volunteered thousands of hours. In addition to his artistic achievements, Ross has made significant contributions to the community. He founded The Maury County Store in 2022, participated in public art projects with the Columbia Arts Council, and played a pivotal role in the United Way of Maury County Giving Tuesday Campaign, which was recognized for extraordinary work.
