Hi.. My name is Ryan Ball, and I like to call myself a professional nutritionist. I’ve been interested in cooking and living healthy ever since I was a kid. I had my own restaurant where I had the opportunity to try various recipes and see how people react to them. I was extremely interested in cooking ever since I was a kid, considering that both my parents were successful chefs. However, things weren’t always perfect. When I was going away for college, I had a couple of dozens of extra pounds. That affected a lot of things, including my health, and it even caused heart arrhythmia. I was even more worried that it affected my confidence and therefore my social interactions. I realized that I have to turn over a new leaf and start helping myself. It wasn’t hard to figure out that nutrition was the main reason behind my health and obesity problems. I conducted research about various diets and found the perfect one for myself. With a little effort, I managed to adjust my way of life and nutrition habits. In less than a year, I was perfectly satisfied with my weight, and I didn’t experience any health issues. That is why I decided to help other people the way I helped myself. Achieving the confidence and excellent health was what enabled me to focus on other hobbies, like traveling. I love to travel, and I try my best to visit at least two different countries every year. I take my camera everywhere, and I have a lot of snapshots from Africa, Asia, Australia, and South America. I am proud that, wherever I am at the moment, I try to keep my healthy habits. The goal of the books about different diets that I am writing is to enrich your knowledge and present you with various ways to start and keep eating in a healthy way. If I could do it, I am sure that everyone can do it. There is no reason why you shouldn’t feel better and improve your overall health. Being an avid reader, I am aware that the books need to be written in a clear and concise way. I tried to keep it short in the several e-books I created. Sorting out all the valuable information about various diet plans, including incredibly healthy and yummy recipes, was my goal when writing the books.
