Scarborough Maine native Sabin Lomac is co-author of the book Cousins Maine Lobster: How One Food Truck Became a Multi-Million Dollar Business, an entrepreneurial tell-all detailing his journey from food truck to international brand with business partner and younger Cousin Jim Tselikis. Cousins Maine Lobster and its lovable duo rose to national acclaim after an endearing 2012 Shark Tank appearance that culminated in a partnership with Shark Barbara Corcoran. The Cousins began franchising in 2014, bringing authentic Maine Lobster eats to unique neighborhoods across the U.S. In 2017, Cousins Maine Lobster expanded internationally into Taiwan. The Cousins aren’t slowing down anytime soon with plans to keep spreading a taste Maine into 2018 and beyond. Since 2012, Cousins Maine Lobster has been continually featured in some of the most influential entrepreneurial and culinary programming, including Shark Tank, The Food Network, The Chew, Good Morning America, CNBC, and the Cooking Network.
