Sammy Parker is a father of two born and raised in Dallas, Texas. He has committed his life in helping people overcome their mental and emotional state of well-being. In addition to helping people change their lives for the better, Sammy has been a social advocate for better healthcare and improving mental health advancements in all parts of the world. Sammy has a Bachelor's of Psychology and a Masters in Social Psychology from the University of Texas. His goal is to help as many people as possible through his books and has dealt with his own personal struggles with anxiety and depression. Having overcome these disorders, as well gaining proper education and training, Sammy has developed numerous books in providing content rich information in helping people improve their well-being. In his spare time, Sammy loves to travel and spends time with his children.
