Excusez-moi pour écrire en anglais. Mes livres sont disponibles dans le Français et l'anglais.

I am the author of four internationally-published novels of historical fiction. (See my website: www.SandraGulland.com.)

My first three novels: THE JOSEPHINE B. TRILOGY, best-selling novels about Josephine Bonaparte, have been published in 17 countries. For what reviewers and readers have had to say, go to: http://bit.ly/TrilogyReviews.

My most recent novel, MISTRESS OF THE SUN, is set in the 17th century court of Louis XIV, the Sun King.
Deemed "dangerously seductive," it too has been on best-seller lists and is presently published in several languages. For reviews: http://bit.ly/MistressReviews

Fascinated by the junction of historical fact and fiction, I have just finished writing another novel set in 17th century France, this one about the cut-throat theatre wars of the period--Corneille! Racine! Molière! Naturally this novel also involves yet another of the Sun King's lovers as well as a witch. It will be published in the spring of 2013.

I am about to begin writing a Young Adult novel (or two) about Joséphine's daughter Hortense. It's exciting to be returning to Joséphine's world.

I write two blogs, one on the writing life (http://bit.ly/TheWritingLife) and another on historical research (http://bit.ly/SGresearchblog)

When I'm not writing, I'm on the Net. You can easily find me:
