Sarah is a writer, photographer, blogger, event planner, and budding artist. She was born and raised in Hastings, Michigan. She studied Journalism and Mass Communication at Olivet College in Olivet, Michigan. She now resides in Battle Creek, Michigan. With all of these cities being within 30 minutes of each other, it is safe to say that Sarah is happily a Southwest Michigan girl.

Sarah is a travel enthusiast and loves to go on new adventures in new places. However, she is also a homebody, reluctant to ever leave her beloved corgi for long. On most weekends in the spring through the fall, she can be found on the porch swing at her family’s nearby lake house, with a pencil and a writing pad in hand. She is either scribbling story ideas, sketching characters, or re-reading Harry Potter for the hundredth time. She is, of course, a Ravenclaw.
