She is the author of How to Change Your Life (2022), a practical guide inspired by her own journey of rebuilding after the end of a decade-long marriage. The book offers actionable tools for embracing change, developing resilience, and creating a life aligned with one’s values and goals. Sarah holds a B.A. in English and Creative Writing, an M.A. in English Literature and Gender Studies from the University of Maine, and an M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Syracuse University. She has completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and brings a compassionate, evidence-based approach to her work with clients seeking healthier relationships and lasting change.
