I live in a small town in Western New York and have spent my whole life here. I work in IT and never planned to become an author. But about thirty-five years ago, I started writing a story without much direction, just a pull toward an idea I couldn’t ignore. Every few years, I would come back to it. I’d rewrite a scene or adjust a line, giving it a different breath each time. The story kept changing with me, slowly, quietly, like it was growing in the background of my life. Then it spent the better part of twenty years tucked in a box in the attic, untouched. This year, I found those old pages again. They were yellowed and worn, but still alive. As I read through them, I realized just how much had shifted. The story had changed. I had changed. Finishing it was never about making it perfect. It was about finally understanding what it had become. Dimensional Embrace is my first published book. It came together slowly, across years and across versions of myself.
