Scott Gillis has spent over 30 years advising Fortune 500 chief executives and board-level management on the strategic, resource allocation and organizational changes needed to deliver superior shareholder returns. Scott co-founded Galt & Company, a global management advisory firm. The partners of Galt & Company have been associated with some of the more notable corporate success stories of the last two decades. Scott is a recognized authority on improving the shareholder value of large corporations. His recent book, Beliefs, Behaviors & Results, which is co-authored with Joe Shalleck and Lee Mergy, discusses the management misconceptions that stand in the way of delivering above average shareholder returns and defines the five core principles that are behind the performance of some of the world’s most successful companies. Scott is a graduate of the Harvard Business School and holds a geophysical engineering degree from the Colorado School of Mines. Galt & Company has offices in New York, Chicago, London and Singapore.
