Sean has built the growth engines for several highly successful startups from the ground up. At LogMeIn and Uproar, he drove the process from inception to IPO. Then later in his career, he narrowed his focus and led the early, most challenging phases of startup growth engine development at Dropbox, Lookout, and Eventbrite, all of which reached multi-billion-dollar valuations. His experience building successful growth engines from inception has given him unique insights to unlock growth for companies at any stage. Massively scalable growth requires many interdependent parts of the business to work in harmony. Sean is able to quickly uncover the key barriers to growth in most companies and offer solutions to address these issues. Problems range from core product value issues to team, tracking, and process challenges. Sean offers a number of programs for helping teams to assess and overcome their growth barriers so they can significantly accelerate sustainable growth. Learn more at SeanEllis.me. Sean has also partnered with Oleg Yakubenkov (former data scientist at Facebook) to offer GoPractice, a simulator for learning data-driven product growth. The GoPractice Simulator replicates Sean and Oleg's experiences building growth engines from the ground up and helps develop the skill and experience for participants to truly understand and unlock growth. In addition to the self-paced portion of the simulator, Sean and Oleg offer cohort participants weekly live sessions to build on these learnings. Learn more at GoPractice.io Finally, Sean hosts The Breakout Growth Podcast, where he and co-host Ethan Garr interview business and growth leaders to understand all facets of their breakout growth engines.
