As a US Army Airborne Ranger and Special Forces Green Beret Commander, Sean earned the respect of his men and chain of command while operating in hostile and politically sensitive environments. Now in the private sector, he has applied these lessons in new ways growing his own companies and helping others unlock greatness through his consulting company, Stronger Leaders Stronger Profits.

Sean is a Leadership and Mindset Expert. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill. Sean served a total of 22 months in combat, commanding soldiers in both Iraq and Afghanistan. He earned 2x Bronze Stars, Ranger Tab, Special Forces Tab, Special Forces Combat Diver Badge, and the Combat Infantryman's Badge for engaging in direct-fire combat with the enemy on multiple occasions.

Sean is also a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt and co-founder of Legion Jiu Jitsu. He lives in Nashville, TN with his wife, Madison, and their beloved dogs, Java Bean & Rayleigh.
