Sebastian Klein is a psychologist, author and entrepreneur. After a brief stint at Boston Consulting Group, he co-founded Blinkist, a book summary app. He later co-founded Neue Narrative, a German indie publishing house that focuses on the future of work. In 2019 he published his first book "The Loop Approach" featuring a unique org-transformation approach. When Blinkist was sold in 2023, he decided to give up 90% of his personal wealth and co-founded a non-profit, steward owned investment fund called Karma Capital. He aims at solving societal problems with the means of capital, and one of his focus areas is the concentration of wealth as a threat to democracy. In 2025, his second book was published in German: "Toxisch reich: Warum extremer Reichtum unsere Demokratie gefährdet" ("Toxic wealth: Why extreme wealth is a threat to democracy").
