Shannon Teague is a successful businesswoman, startup investor, and author who conquered the streaks of failure with incredible success. She has been running multiple businesses for the past eight years. In the beginning, Shannon had a dream of running a business, attaining financial independence, and experiencing the scenic pleasures of the world. The idea was too good to skip, and she started hustling toward it with no previous experience of running a business. Shannon started with zero and built one skill at a time. Due to her unwavering determination, she established a temping recruitment company that provided spa staff to blue-chip hotel chains across the UK; she was a one women show at the start of her business. Within a five-year time frame, she assembled a team of 70 proficient contractors and a skillful support team while she and her support team worked remotely in various parts of the world. She was also an investor in a startup that sold popcorn flavorings to a leading cinema chain, "Vue" across the UK. To run an efficient business remotely, she hired a tech expert and built a client-oriented 24-hours open online booking system to reduce human intervention and increase the number of bookings. As a result, most aspects of her recruitment agency, like, booking interviews, documentation, etc., were automated - she basically created an Uber for Spa therapists. The journey was not always rainbows and sunshine; in her career, she faced many difficult moments and made questionable decisions. Yet, despite her failures, Shannon prevailed because of her positive mindset, hunger for knowledge, and passion for living a life of freedom – she tenaciously forged ahead to claim what she always dreamed of, a life of abundance and fulfillment. Through her journey as an entrepreneur, building and Scaling a remote working business while traveling the world, Shannon established a new goal and passion, to teach small business owners how to grow their businesses, live anywhere in the world, unlock their full potential, and create the life of their dreams. Which is the driving vision she illustrates in her books. It all started with an exciting idea and seemed like a long way, but after the publication of her first book, "Scaling Up Simplified," her vision seems closer than before; there is nothing impossible for an ignited personality.
