Hi, I am Shay Dawkins (Solution Shay on all of my social media). I am a serial entrepreneur. I opened my first business, a restaurant, as a college senior at the University of Alabama. This was the beginning of my journey. Since then, I have founded a few others along with actively operating a rental community (of which I am the heir to). More importantly, I have generated great results. (i.e. a 400% annual increase in sales at my bar and a 30% increase in collected revenue at the rental community during the months I have actively operated it.) I mention these aspects of my experience to convey one predominate message to you. My material is very pragmatic and what I consider to be "actionable knowledge" or "knowledge that enables you to take action upon it via immediately implementing it into your life." This type of actionable knowledge is truly profound and extremely valuable whereas knowledge or "information gathering," in and of itself, is not valuable.
