Socrate Exantus is the CEO of four (4) All County Property Management franchise offices. Prior to joining the All County Franchise system, Socrate spent 15 years with his former employer where he held several leadership positions, with his most recent position serving as the Senior Sales Operations Manager for their National Inside Sales Division. He managed large real estate projects, sales, marketing, system integrations, training & development, and strategic planning. Socrate is currently a Real Estate Broker and Real Estate Instructor. Socrate purchased his first investment property while he was a college student at UCF. As an investor, Socrate has purchased and sold many of his own rental properties. As a CEO at All County, Socrate and his team have managed over 2,400 homes for small and institutional investors. His mission is to effectively lead his team to deliver superior property management service to every client by focusing on the Vital Signs and Key Performance Indicators of their industry. Socrate has served as the President of the All County Advisory Council and led his team to be named the "Top All County Office" in the franchise for 6 consecutive years (2011 - 2016). Socrate is a Leadership Speaker and regularly speaks at National Real Estate conferences and Universities (including Indiana University, and the University of Central Florida). Socrate has a Masters in Project Management from The George Washington University and a BA in Management from the University of Central Florida. In 2018, Socrate was selected as a member of the University of Central Florida’s Alumni Hall of Fame. Cassandra Exantus has over 15 years of combined real estate and customer service experience. Prior to joining All County CFL, she was with Concord Management Ltd., the national leader in high quality, customer focused property management of multi-family and single family affordable rental housing communities. She served as an Assistant Community Director and managed a portfolio of five communities in East Orlando. Cassandra won several awards as top sales consultant earning over 30 Million dollars in revenue for D.R. Horton and KB Homes. Cassandra is a licensed Realtor and has worked with Prudential Real Estate and Exit Realty. She is also a member of Orlando Regional Realtor Association ORRA, National Association of Residential Property Managers –NARPM, and National Association of Realtors-NAR. Cassandra holds a BA with a focus in Advertising/Public Relations from the University of Central Florida.
