Sophie launched her career in international management, working across multiple countries and functions within global Fortune 50 companies including British Petroleum, Pfizer, and Bayer.

After 25 years in the corporate world, she founded The Global Growth Experience, an experiential training firm dedicated to helping mid-size companies expand internationally, break into new markets, and navigate cultural differences with confidence.

In her second entrepreneurial venture, Sophie developed the Magnet Model—a game-changing framework designed to help mission-driven entrepreneurs attract their ideal clients, and achieve the perfect blend of impact, income, and independence.
