Stacy Barton is the award-winning author of LILY HARP (INDIEFAB award for Literary Fiction), as well as SURVIVING NASHVILLE: SHORT STORIES (Paperback, Kindle, Audible formats), and the poetry chapbook LIKE SUMMER GRASS. She has also published five picture books including BABBA AND I WENT HUNTING TODAY. Her work has appeared in a variety of literary journals including Gargoyle, Real South, Best of Potomac Review, Southern Women's Review, Ruminate. She is the author of two one-act plays and three animated short films. As a scriptwriter, entertainment companies like Disney, SeaWorld, Ringling Bros. Circus and others have staged hundreds of her scripts for their theme parks, cruise ships, and special events.
