Steve Lerch is an international keynote speaker, innovation consultant, and former nine-year Google executive. At Google, he served as an Innovation Evangelist, teaching culture frameworks to thousands of new hires, and advised brands like GoPro, non-profits like the YMCA, and federal agencies like FEMA.

In 2019, Steve founded Story Arc Consulting and launched a global speaking career. He has delivered over 250 keynotes across a dozen countries for organizations like John Deere and Four Seasons. His core philosophy is that true innovation doesn't require complicated technology; it stems from leaders who actively cultivate curiosity & collaboration.

Steve lives near D.C. with his wife, Stephanie, and their cat, Sir Lancelot. A painfully loyal Philadelphia sports fan and proud uncle, he believes innovation requires a willingness to try new things and never worry about looking silly.
