Stuart Spendlow is the author of number one best-seller PENGUINPIG and MONKEYCOW. He is also the co-author of The Art Of Being A Brilliant Primary Teacher and has written for a variety of publications in the education world. He has been described as ’consistently thought-provoking, attention-grabbing, boundary-pushing and inspirational’. PENGUINPIG received acclaim from BBC1's The Apprentice star, Claude Littner, as being 'a must for schools, libraries and families with children'. In 2016, it was adapted for the stage by Barmpot Theatre and toured the UK for a total of two years. FUN FACT: Stuart once worked in retail and mistook Jim Broadbent for a mystery shopper.
