Award winning, Sue France FCIPD, INLPTA is passionate about the Executive Assistant/Office Manager industry in which she has worked for over 33 years as an assistant, events manager, UK EA Training Manager, international trainer & coach. She was awarded the UK "Times Crème/DHL PA of the Year; finalist in the Smart European PA of the Year; and finalist in the International Business Woman of the Year. Sue authored the 3rd edition of "The Definitive Personal Assistant & Secretarial Handbook." She has also authored "The Definitive Executive Assistant & Managerial Handbook" which won an award. Sue is a Certified NLP Master Practitioner and has a post graduate Diploma in HR Management and a Fellow of the CIPD. She is also a certified behavioural profiling practitioner. Sue regularly presents at conferences and workshops worldwide and is an editorial board member for The Executive Secretary magazine and has held several Committee roles for International Management Assistants - a voluntary networking organisation for assistants including UK Public Relations Officer and UK Chairman.
