Tamara Mickelson made her author debut with the romance novel MAREN'S JOURNEY. Her second book THROUGH MY EYES ~ CSI MEMOIRS THAT HAUNT THE SOUL contains eleven personal accounts of the worst crime scenes she worked in her career. Her third book, SMALL WAYS TO SAVE BIG, was written to give readers a clear path to financial stability. Her fourth book, JOURNAL FOR FIRST RESPONDERS, was written to help the first responder navigate negative emotions by answering thought-provoking questions about grueling scenes on the job. Through My Eyes is an Award-Winning Finalist in the True Crime: Non-Fiction category of the 2020 International Book Awards. Through My Eyes is an Award Winner in the Autobiography/Memoir category of the 2020 Best Book Awards sponsored by American Book Fest. Tamara is an Air Force Veteran, a retired law enforcement sergeant, and owner of the Thin Blue Line 4 Women website and social media pages.
