Tim Gibson is a lifelong public servant who began as a volunteer firefighter at 18 years old. Tim's career began in earnest as he left the Air Force Reserves, working in a variety of city, county, and emergency services districts, developing a well-honed sense of right and wrong in public safety. Tim amassed a collection of success stories whose lives and careers he had the privilege to influence along the way. Today Tim is right where his passion has always been, training, teaching, providing consulting as needed, and counseling new and aspiring fire officers to be the best version of themselves. Tim's wife Tina is a part of the team, a paramedic, and the daughter of a former Houston firefighter, they have raised their four children and consider this their greatest success story. Tim provides lessons through his writing, both fiction and non-fiction and provides resources to leaders of emergency services through his consulting.
