Inspired by many of the writers that arose during the Harlem Renaissance and the Civil Rights Movement; Langston Hughes, Zora Neale Hurston, James Baldwin, Maya Angelo, Margret Walker and more...Timid Masses is a self-described social poet and storyteller who enjoys peeling back the layers of complexity and ambiguity to get to the core of issues.
