Tom Fini grew up in a housing project in central Massachusetts.  His participation in a teenage rock and roll band led him to a career as a talent agent, record producer, developer of an executive business center, and owner of a young adult night-club facility providing him with significant wealth and success by the age of 40. However, a failed venture took everything. All the business assets, personal assets, and the family assets accumulated from years of hard work now gone; leaving him with crushing debt, no degree and no obvious resources to begin again. At 50, with his wife and his youngest daughter in tow, Tom ventures into a new world where all the rules have changed and nothing is familiar turf anymore.

His book provides a detailed guide on how to navigate the road, Back to Success — Starting Now, with his Proven Path Forward. Tom cautions you to: “Forget the excuses; no-one really cares anyway. You need to fix this immediately and I’ll show you how." Tom has helped many individuals get “unstuck”, and taught them how to stabilize the chaos, regain their footing and rebuild their financial security with his 10 step, fast track recovery plan. A new “Plan A.”

No hype or shallow motivational preaching here. Only proven strategies and real stories from the person who lived them every day for more than three years. Back to Success — Starting Now, a proven Path Forward.
