Tom Loegering, Sr. spent 65 years in all phases of the real estate and construction business as a general contractor and Certified Property Manager (CPM). At present, he is a volunteer spending time doing what he loves; helping people achieve the success they want when they are willing to make personal changes to reach those goals. He is a CPM (Lifetime Member), B1 General Contractor 1965- 2018, SCORE Certified Mentor 2008-2018, Member of the Peoria Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors 2012-2019, Peoria Education Foundation Board of Directors 2011-present, and V.P. Fairway 5 HOA 2006-present, Rec. Centers of Sun City Board of Directors 2009-2011, BI Solutions Inc. 2015-present, Chairman of the board Golf Program In Schools, Inc. 2015-present.

In 2015, Tom founded the nonprofit Golf Program in Schools, An Inclusive, Award-Winning Program that helps students find their right PATH in life, through golf! His mission is to introduce P.E. students to the valuable life lessons and lifelong benefits of golf, bring families together on the golf course, and preserve these community environmental assets. GPS aims to build student confidence, promote physical, spiritual, and mental fitness, and provide information about golf that can lead to college scholar-ships, launch careers, and identify the benefits of golf that can be enjoyed for a lifetime. As of 2025, over 50,000 K-12 PE students have benefited from this free, in-school, curriculum-based introduction to golf.

Tom is also the CEO of The Sun City Country Club, a family-owned country club in Sun City, AZ. His goal is to do well in business and thereby do good things for the community by bringing GPS to 950 host golf courses across the US and introducing over 19 million kids to golf each year.
