Hello friends, welcome to my profile! I am Tom McDaniel, I was born on a small island called Tenerife in Spain in 1962, where I spent a large part of my life. I studied civil engineering and shortly after graduating I moved to Sheridan, Wyoming in the USA to work in a large multinational for several years and in various positions. There I met my wife and we had our first and only son Tom Jr. I always wanted to live a quiet life with my family and that is why I decided to quit my job in 1999 and start my own business, that was the best decision of my life. After almost 40 years of experience as an employee and as an employer I have understood the importance of good communication and the concept of being assertive, which I want to share with as many people as possible in my new role as a writer.
