Tom Simek was born and raised in upstate New York. He holds a Bachelors and Masters in Music Composition and has a great affinity for ragtime piano. An avid musician and composer, he has published nearly one hundred children’s songs and played with numerous rock and jazz bands in both the U.S. and Europe, in addition to performing solo. When he is not writing or playing music Tom can be found extreme skiing, hiking and surfing.
