It wasn’t that long ago that Tonya Kinlow had hit her breaking point. The corporate finance executive was dealing with divorce, a car accident that left her two children critically injured, a toxic work environment and the seemingly never-ending social injustices which caused her to question her very existence. These nearly insurmountable challenges pushed Tonya to the edge, but also inspired a life-altering awakening. She learned how happiness abides in all of us, even in the midst of chaos and that spiritual purpose forges our inner wellbeing. Today, Tonya Kinlow, known as TK to her thousands of followers, is a health, life, and spiritual coach, founder of wellness lifestyle brand TK Inspirations LLC, and published author of four books dedicated to wellness through mindful living; A Year of (ME): Mindful Eating to Improve Wellbeing, The 10 Days: A Wellness Retreat for Personal Transformation, and A Wellness Journey Transformation Journal. Her fourth book, The Universal Laws of Awakening, teaches spiritual lifestyle practices that free the mind of its limiting beliefs. A native of Washington D.C. and graduate of Florida A&M University, TK’s ultimate goal is to bring mind, body and spiritual alignment to those who feel without balance or direction. When not coaching and creating, TK’s greatest joy is spending time with her children, Evan and Taylor, and husband, Chef Craig Stevens.
