I am the creator of Weird Wisdom®, a practical approach to Diversity of Thought that helps people think differently, not just talk about it. My work is grounded in a simple idea. What is often dismissed as unconventional, uncomfortable, or unclear may be exactly where better thinking begins.

Through my writing, including Weird Wisdom at Work, I explore how individuals and organisations can move beyond surface-level collaboration and start working with difference in a way that actually improves outcomes.

This is not theory for the sake of it. It is about recognising blind spots, shifting unhelpful patterns, and making clearer decisions without adding more noise or complexity. It is about creating environments where people can contribute fully, without having to filter out the very perspectives that make them valuable.

My work draws on years of experience across leadership, business development, and organisational change. Whether through books, speaking, or consulting, the focus remains the same. Helping people and organisations use Diversity of Thought as a genuine advantage.
