Uche Akeeb is the Vice president of customer service for the Global African Business Association, a member of the board of director for the Hebrews Federal credit union, and the founder of Uchexclusive clothing line based in Katy, TX. She is also a customer service trainer with 15 years of customer service experience. She organizes seminars, workshops and teaches entrepreneurs how to be successful and profitable in their businesses by offering exceptional customer service, a method which she constantly applies in everything she does and has been able to make over $1 million dollars in sales annually for Global Custom Commerce as a Live chat solution provider, for 3 years consecutively. Her main goal is to get businesses to treat their clients in an exceptional way. She has been featured in print and broadcast outlets, including Afrocentrik TV, Voyage Houston, Authorvoices.com. She is a first-class graduate from the University of Ibadan where she got her Bachelor’s degree in Economics. Her first book "The Impact of Excellent Customer Service on Business Growth" was inspired and written from her practical experience acquired in the industry - which she believes will serve as a guide to help individuals & organizations improve on their Quality of Service Delivery which will have a direct positive impact on Sales & Returns. It was awarded second place for self-published books in business by the Independent Author Network in 2018. She completely understands the еffесtivеnеѕѕ оf еxсеllеnt сuѕtоmеr ѕеrviсе towards thе grоwth оf a buѕinеѕѕ. In her 2nd book FIND YOUR PASSION AND TAKE ACTION, she used her life story to explain the main factor and circumstances that can influence the discovery of your talents and how to follow through. After relocating to the United States 9 years ago, and finally finding her purpose, she is determined to inspire others. She got inaugurated into the Houston Public Library in December 2019. Her books are also available at the African American Library of St. Gregory and the SAID Pan African Library. She enjoys serving people, and so has decided to always find a means of sharing her skills and knowledge with the world.
