Vanessa is an author, inventor and electrical engineer. Driven by her purpose to make what seems impossible, attainable - she studied and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Manhattan College in New York. She selected the demanding engineering curriculum because she loved the challenge of succeeding in a field where there were very few women. Impressively, her achievement was no easy feat, since she worked full-time while funding her own education. After graduating and maintaining full-time employment in the engineering field, the challenging personal experience of a breakup led to her next endeavor as a writer. Her first book entitled, 'Empower the Warrior Within - 10 Steps to Transform Your Breakup into Your Greatest Breakthrough' is a testimony to her determination and strength of character. Through her work as an author, her goal is to empower those who are at the verge of giving up on life and on themselves as a result of unpleasant life experiences. By sharing her own compelling story and path to success, her mission is to help people get the healing they deserve and motivate them to attain their highest potential. When not working and writing, she enjoys dancing, traveling, and bringing new invention ideas to life.
