Whether scribbling in a journal while backpacking in the Sierras, reflecting from a teahouse in the mountains of Taiwan, or writing an essay after a run through the city, Vincent's work is rooted in the profound connection between our inner and outer worlds.

This perspective has translated into over 700 published essays on travel, mindfulness, culture and human connection, as well as two nonfiction travel memoirs.

After two and a half years living in Japan, where he taught English by day and built a creative body of work by night, Vincent is back in the States, where he proudly calls New York City home.
