About Virginia Ritterbusch Over 25 years of experience as a dental hygienist, working one-to-one with patients, and being privileged to teach them oral care, made the transition to a coaching career very smooth for Virginia. Completing her BS with a concentration in psychology and becoming triple certified as a life coach, positioned her to encourage anxiety management through self-leadership. Virginia has successfully supported clients in handling anxiety since 2014. Her own significant recovery from crippling anxiety was secured through personal research, learning concepts, and practicing new habits. She believed she could retrain her brain to work above anxiety, obsessive thinking, depression, and body dysmorphic disorder. For her, enjoying life began at age 55. She could finally handle her days comfortably and with confidence. These results are testimony to the effectiveness of her holistic approach. Through the consistent use of the NLP reframing technique, she shifted doubtful mindsets to generalized self-assurance. Reframing rewires thinking pathways so focusing on reality replaces apprehension.
