Will Toliver was born in a small town in Louisiana. His parents were hard working and raised their children on a farm. His father was a merchant marine and was an alcoholic and when drinking was abusive. He had one brother and three sisters and as long as his father was away working life was good. His books are about his life events and what transpired through those events. Most of the time it was something funny but for some of the times, tragic. He writes about the good, the bad and the ugly about life without forgetting the Greatness of God in these times.
