Yanel Sosa, MBA, is a business operations executive with a background in psychology and human resources. His work has centered on understanding how people, organizations, incentives, and long-term decisions interact in the real world.

His interest in wealth began with a simple contradiction: many of the most reliable strategies for building financial security require decades, while many of the reasons people want money—freedom, time, flexibility, and meaningful experiences—matter much earlier in life. That question became the foundation for The Wealth Delay.

Drawing on behavioral science, economics, investing research, and the lessons of long-term investors such as Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger, Sosa explores why wealth tends to arrive later than people expect—and how to pursue financial progress without postponing life itself.
