A reader once stated, " Mike Clark is the James Baldwin of this era!" Mike Clark was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee in the USA. Once he graduated High school he studied Allied health at then Shelby State Community College to become an Emergency Medical Technician. Not long after he was certified as a Paramedic and worked in EMS for years. In his spare time he produced music under the alias "MiZack" for himself and other artist in the Memphis area. Mike Clark always wanted to be a writer so he took the plunge and published his first book: The American Dope Boy. The writing bug bite him and several books followed. He still resides in Memphis TN and is married with two kids.
