Rosana Ubanell (née à Pampelune, Espagne) est agrégée de communications à l'Université de Navarre à Pampelune, et a un MBA en relations internationales de l'Université George Mason en Virginie, Etats-Unis. Avant d’arriver aux États-Unis en 1990, elle a été directrice du Service des communications — CEOE — à Bruxelles, Belgique. La CEOE (Confederación Española de Organizaciones Empresariales) est l'association d'affaires la plus prestigieuse en Espagne, représentant 95% des entreprises espagnoles. Elle a travaillé à Washington DC en tant que correspondant pour le magazine Tribune et est actuellement le rédacteur en chef de Nexos, le magazine de bord d'American Airlines. She has worked in Washington DC as a correspondent for Tribuna magazine and is currently the Executive Editor of Nexos, the in-flight magazine of American Airlines. Rosana, and the characters she creates, live in Miami, USA.
