When I was done, I could not believe I acted so irrationally.

The damage my uncontrolled anger had done was long-lasting many times over for years. It did take a while to get control. It all started with baby steps and self-affirmations to avoid the triggers or walk away. 

Sounds simple, right? 

Take an event in your past where you had uncontrolled anger - road rage, co-worker rage, domestic rage, whatever - and try to observe yourself from an outside perspective, like a bystander watching you. How do you feel? Your answer will reveal a lot about your deep inner psychology.

Anger control is important

This book doesn't just go over tips to manage your anger but also empathizes with those who are boiling up inside, showing that it can come from a lot of frustrating situations that contribute to someone's mood. It's a very interesting book that way.

Great for finding peace

I was trying to find some inner peace and comfort by listening to this book. It's a book that doesn't sound condemning or judgmental, but instead, it empathizes with the listener and shows how to overcome anger issues.

Excellent listen.

This is a practical book on anger management. This book is great for both men with anger issues and men struggling with how to manage anger. This exercise manual has a high caliber of training. It covers bunches of focuses in the fields of science and the brain research behind indignation and how to control it.
