An incredible new world to explore from the very first page. The character development is masterfully done, giving each individual depth and dimension. You truly get to know them—enough to love them, hate them, or sometimes feel both at once.
The author fully immerses the reader in a rich landscape of mystery, magic, epic battles, passion, and even moments of irresistible tension. It’s the kind of story that pulls you in and refuses to let go.
An unforgettable read that I would highly recommend to anyone. I’m already counting down the days until the next installment in the series.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Awakening is a fresh face in fantasy, I was hooked from the moment I started. I loved the world building and characters. Magic takes a new form as Emiya and his newfound friends carve the path that will shape the outcome of prophecy, but not without resistance. The growth and coming into sense of self and belonging is a beautiful element of this book that I just can’t stop recommending. The world of Alta is something I truly find myself homesick for in between reads. Andrew is a great author and I cannot wait for this prophetic adventure to continue.

I'm usually a murder mystery reader so Awakening was a completely different genre and I was surprised at how much i enjoyed the story, character building and by the last chapter it left me wanting the next book right away! A very enjoyable read!
