Love with a coworker is never simple, especially since Sadie's trying to keep us on the low. Not to mention her persistent ex-boyfriend who won't leave her alone. But I've never been good at giving up, and I don't plan to start now.
The whole thing is a recipe for a rocky road, but I plan to eat the whole gallon, no matter how bad the brain freeze.

I loved everything about this audiobook. From the laughs, the tears, and the heart-warming plot.
Andrew is one of my favorite MMCs. His quick-witted, hilarious, awkward and an all-out NERD, I absolutely loved him. Sadie was so easy to relate too, all her hardships and her closed of personality, really spoke to me. It was easy to get lost in the emotions of these characters.
Both narrators were new to me, but they did such an incredible job bringing these character to life! I have no real criticism when it came to their performances, I think they did amazing!

Was not bad
I enjoyed it cause it was included in the plus category - I love Meghan Quinns books but this one wasn't my favorite from her - like ive said before she's the queen of second-hand embarrassment and this one had a couple of them! especially the morning after the party scene - I died laughing! The roommates are funny

Great banter between characters
The dialogue between the main characters was hilarious, it had me laughing out loud on several occasions. The cockiness of andrew tied with his sweetness is SOO my husband. This book was such a good listen! Though i felt the voice actor choice for andrew was a bit off, i didn’t hate the story any less for it.

The male narrator voice didn’t fit the character
I actually really like this story. It was cute but I’m struggling with how the men are acted out . I can’t figure it out why these voices were chosen. Voice actors generally have quite a repertoire.

Annoying in a few ways
I agree with other reviews that Sadie is awful and for a psychology student she has absolutely no insight about herself. As well as the nicknames for the characters are so juvenile and takes away from the story for me

IF I COULD PUNCH ANY LITERARY CHARACTER IT'S SADIE
I struggled hard to finish this book. I love most of Meghan Quinn's novels but this one... it is a doozy. It's too long, it's contrived, and I feel zero compassion for these characters. They're all dumb in their own way. Andrew and his roommates are the only characters with humor and heart that made this book review 2 stars instead of none.
The character development is C+ at best. Sadie victimized herself for the entire book! All I could do for 11 hours was yell at her to stop blaming everything in her life for all the bad! Start blaming herself for her choices, pick up, and start again!
The book is anti-climatic, drawn out, and none of Sadie's reactions to life's events are legitimate. Everything about this girl is "poor me". The "mommy issues" story line does not give a valid reason as to why this chick acts the way she does to many events. She's lazy on her own accord because of fear; not because of her mommy issues that apparently justify her reaction... because we never get to understand her deeply rooted mamma drama. She's been a drop out for months... but in the last 30 mins of the book she's going to find enough of herself for Andrew to take her back? Ummm what? it takes months to find oneself. Not two weeks.
in conclusion, the plot doesn't move naturally. The characters don't have natural chemistry. The storyline is lackluster and the voice of Sadie was whiny, grating on my ears. But I mean, what did she have to work with?
This book was a colossal waste of time.
