the goldies son is a spoiled brat . I wish in a few places between chapters there was such a pause.

amazing series

I love this series and would absolutely recommend it, especially if you like cozy or culinary mysteries. Just don't let the main character's son get to you. He's a spoiled brat (to the point that I found myself telling our heroine out loud to get a grip with this kid) but that's a minor annoyance in an otherwise solid listen.

This book drags along a bit. Heroin’s son is annoying. I got through it because of the narrator.

Barbara Rosenblat is the best narrator
