I am genuinely at a loss of words. This book is so important and needed to be made. I couldn’t stop listening I needed to listen to it all in one day. As someone who grew up in an abusive household I related so much to the experiences and feelings shared. It’s such a powerful book needed to be heard by everyone. No matter someone’s fame, privilege etc. there can be abuse, deep pain and trauma someone is dealing with behind curtains. This book lights passion in me and reminds me how important it is to share your traumas with the world in hopes that the more conversations we have about this the more change will happen.
