There are 2 long meditations. Meditation 1 and 2 need to follow each other. You can start doing meditation 1 for one week to get used to sitting for a long period of time and in the second week add meditation 2. Meditation 3 is water rising, a different variation of meditation 1, they both focus on relaxing the body and focusing the mind on the space. Meditation 4 is a variation of meditation 2. It’s meant to focus on what you want to change and elevating your energy and practicing the change game. Hope this helps you to follow through these meditations. These are powerful meditations that of you stick to them, they’ll experience so much healing, bliss and joy in your life.
