Pasteurization slowly became a legislative matter. And today milk is a test case in the most pressing issues in food politics, from industrial farming and animal rights to GMOs, the locavore movement and advocates for raw milk, who controversially reject pasteurization.

I really wanted to love this book. The Narrator so bad. He sounded like a robot. Please re record this fantastic book with someone better audible.

Maybe the person who did salt. Or cod. Or paper. Anyone else really.

Fantastic topic and a well researched book. However I can’t get past the repeated mispronouncing of “Celtic”. The narrator isn’t the most engaging but the mispronunciation was too much.
