À propos de cet audio

In this collection, expert Headspace mindfulness and meditation teachers guide you through seven 25-minute themed walks to help you process and navigate challenging emotions. Each walk is rooted in mindfulness-based stress reduction and other therapeutic techniques from Headspace’s teachers and mental health clinicians.

These walks are optimal for a midday break but can be used at any time. You can choose the walk you need and come back to each one as many times as you’d like. Mindfulness is a practice, and repeating these walks helps strengthen your skills over time.

2. Process Through a Conflict

Most of these walking meditations were GREAT! But then… of course… because it’s trending so much now… a trigger warning (eye roll) and a sketchy story involving “racism” that I can not believe happened in one of the most “progressive” cities - in the WORLD. Seriously.

Why would you interject this sort of example - in a book on meditations? I’m sure there are many much more universal, relatable, non divisive examples that could have been used - and not upsetting. It was truly jarring and completely unbelievable. Wish we could remove chapters, because THAT one - should have been left on the cutting room floor.
