Would have been so much better with a man narrator for the male parts but other then that it was great. I'll listen to it again in a few months :)

I was unhappy with the narration of Twilight (in which, I felt the narrator didn’t understand and appropriately demonstrate the proper tones of the characters). There was definite improvement in this novel; although, I wish they would have paid more attention to the stressed (italicized) words, because not stressing them changes the meaning.
Otherwise, I thoroughly enjoyed the ‘read’.

I finally started reading the series after so many years, book is good. It might be a personal thing but Bella is so not self aware it makes me mad. And low key kinda a bad friend. But that might just be me

Good book but one thing

I know the story well, I’ve read the books, seen the movies… Over and over. The narration here is sorely lacking, sadly. The main character sounds more like a man, than the men’s voices do. She makes Jacob‘s voice sound like a three-year-old boy. I will admit that the narration is better than it was in twilight, though.

It kind of annoys me how the narrator says, "Jacup," with a P. Otherwise, it's a fine performance.

The woman who reads the book has an attitude that doesn't fit well with the characters

I love that book, it’s my favorite one of all four ♥️ but the voice they use to read it, which is suppose to be Bella’s, is all kind of wrong, she sounds way older than her supposed 18 years old, and just plain doesn’t sound right. But I got used to it nonetheless 🤷🏻‍♀️

I'm not sure I'll be able to listen to the entire thing because she keeps pronouncing Jacob as Jacup. it's driving me nuts. also, her voice when narrating the men's parts is incredibly silly

Very captivating and well written, I really enjoy this series. The actresses performance is much better in this book than the last one.
