À propos de cet audio

Beers. Oktoberfest. The Apocalypse.

Leading astrophysicist Liam Jackson is participating in a scientist exchange program in Germany when a curveball of universal proportions is thrown at him. Planes fall from the sky, cars explode, and strange particles rain down from the heavens as monsters appear out of thin air.

The laws of physics have changed in the world. The fundamental forces of the universe are behaving differently, and Liam needs to understand them if he wants to survive.

Physics of the Apocalypse is a LitRPG series that combines the wonders of the cosmos with magic and science. Find out what base-building can look like in a medieval castle, how 3D printing can be used to create magic items, and how spacetime, nuclear, and quantum physics are combined with spellcasting.

this book was beautifully keeping you interested from beginning to end. Character's have realistic personalities and backgrounds while being very powerful still get a challenge. just wish the other books were as long to be worth the credit to me but to each their own credit

wishing the other books as long

Story:
This is the only book I've listened to so far that the standard DnD "INT" stat actually meant "Intelligence" as in brain power, not just "Magic attack power". MC keeps dumping his stat points into int and became really smart. I am a little disappointed that the book didn't delve more into the actual physics of how the magic can be manipulated (probably because the author isn't a physicist himself), but am overall satisfies with how the book conveys MC's intelligence.

Performance:
narrator is very good with various European ascents

almost perfect

The starting of the book is great, it starts showing how real an end of the world type event would be, people die that you don’t expect and there isn’t safety. But halfway through it becomes the same thing as every other litrpg. The characters refuses to kill clearly bad people. There is literally a nazi and he doesn’t kill him. And the end of the world feel goes out the window for super power leveling feel. It also is pretty bad with the logic at some points, like the main character is literally called the best out of every universe at one point when he is only like level 30 and is still VERY kill able. Just went real soft and annoying

The character is like every other litrpg character.
