I have been choosing my audiobooks based on this narrator for years now and as an author here, I truly feel like she wrote this with audio in mind. It allows her mastery of accents and voices to come alive! Her skills are impressive!

I love Julia whelan

“Something to believe in & give us hope” is what Julia Whelan excels at in her stories. The cast of characters she has drawn for us, especially Swan, is just stellar, the best of writing & narrating both. With Julia’s talent at voice acting, I forgot this was one person and not a full acting cast. I haven’t been swept up in a story & the characters in a long long time. And the chemistry between Swan & her male leads was just unbelievable and yet Julia Whelan grounded it in reality. Love this book so much. Read it. Listen to it. Just let yourself believe in love & all that good stuff.

Loved this one so much I’ve listened to it twice. The characters as voiced by Julia Whalen were outstanding. Great story, better dialog and one super steamy seduction scene. All the stars! Stop deliberating and download it already!

How does Whelan do it? Romance sure, but reflection, analysis, literary awareness all wrapped up in a sizzling, romantic, funny novel! Love her books and impeccable narration.

Loved these characters!! Their humour was so playful and fun. I loved the flow of the story, the characters adding their different flavours to the mix. Totally loved the poking at the absurdity of love story novels, yet thats what this was and couldn’t help but just drink it all in and not stop listening. New fan of Whelan, and impatiently waiting for her next book.
