Excellent Cheap Investment against Alzheimer's D

My advice as a practicing Neuroradiologist for 30 years, who is almost vegan for 20 years and had a mother who had dementia: Buy the book and practice the 30-day Solution so you can hold on to your wonderful treasured brain, enjoy your golden years and your grand kids. It will also keep you slim. I started the organic vegan diet as weight control and was so thrilled about all the other health benefits that I also became board-certified in Holistic Medicine to understand the process better. To your health and longevity. DO IT!!!!

Best, practical, aspiration for life changes.

I bought this book on audible and listen to it while driving to Houston in a 4-Hour trip. I had listened to it in the less concentrated way earlier but upon second time through so many things fell in place for me. one of the ones was to layout how one changes behavior. that amygdala the lizard brain we all have and which tries to control our every thought and move is just a two-year-old that needs to be calmed down. the nervo plan includes ways to relax ways to calm down reduce stress set schedules set reasonable attainable measurable goals. one of my a-ha's during the read and there were many, was it once a habit has been established a new good habit has been established, it's been character that maintains it. also that lizard brain will tell you everything tastes bad until enough time elapses for ones taste receptors change enough to uncover the actual flavor of food -- again rather than salt and preservatives food color. I have been interested in behavioral change for a number of years and have read books on it listen to podcasts on it and this particular book brought all of those elements together in a package. I suppose that's why this book rang so true to me through and through.
